Senversa provided due diligence advice on contamination and geological conditions to overcome expected settlement, landfill gas, impacted bore water and environmental audit requirements. This led to preparation of a surcharge trial to refine estimated settlement timeframes.
Four separate sites in Melbourne and Queensland, formerly occupied by commercial bulky goods stores, were earmarked for redevelopment.
