Combined environmental and geotechnical solution strategies were applied to this former quarry site in Bundoora earmarked for mixed medium/high density residential development. Senversa provided due diligence advice on contamination and geological conditions to overcome expected settlement, landfill gas, impacted bore water and environmental audit requirements. This led to preparation of a surcharge trial to refine estimated settlement timeframes.
