Senversa is committed to advancing the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG) in all of our operations.  We do this through our modern business practices, policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, Diversity and Inclusion Policy, generous Leave Policy, our health and wellbeing programs, our actions to minimise climate change, and our core services that improve the quality of land and water and support modern infrastructure.

B Corporation

  • Senversa verifies its social commitment through ongoing certification as a B Corporation and joins a group of businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are part of a global culture shift to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy and redefine perceptions around what constitutes ‘success’ in business.
  • Senversa’s vision is to be “the most satisfying work place for quality environmental, geotechnics and waste management professionals”, and we have been consistently recognised as a Best for the World in the BCorp Workers category in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021, which puts us in the top-performing certified B Corps in this category.  In 2021, Senversa was the only Australian company of >50 employees to achieve recognition in this category.

Not-for-profit work at Senversa

As a part of Senversa’s commitment to corporate and social responsibility, the company supports charities and NFPs that align with our vision and values.

The purpose of the Senversa not for profit program is to positively contribute to the communities in which we operate. The programs aims to make a difference to the wellbeing of disadvantaged communities and the environment through financial donations and other forms of support. The NFP Committee was formed in 2020 and is run by dedicated and passionate staff from across the organisation.
