Senversa was engaged to undertake a contamination and land suitability assessment for a former landfill in Western Sydney. Post closure, the landfill was redeveloped for open space recreational purposes. The site borders residential properties, two creeks and associated wetlands. The scope included assessment of soil contamination, leachate generation and seepage composition, groundwater contamination, landfill gas generation and composition, and landfill capping geotechnical integrity and suitability.
