Neil Thomson is a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer with over 30 years’ ground engineering experience from the United Kingdom, South-East Asia and Australia across a broad range of waste management, infrastructure, property, government and manufacturing projects. He has broad and significant experience in delivering ground engineering components of waste management, infrastructure, land development and energy projects in both the private and public sectors. Neil is currently Work Group Leader for the Waste and Geosciences team, which comprises about 30 staff. Away from work, Neil’s patience and saintly virtues are well established as he is teaching his third child to drive – now into the fifth of six consecutive years. To relax, Neil really enjoys live music where he invariably raises the average age of the audience by about 5 years!
