Owning our impact, together.
Sustainability
Our climate commitments are a core part of how we operate.
Senversa has been Climate Active certified as a Carbon Neutral Organisation and Service since 2021, following more than a decade of emissions measurement. We measure Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, prioritise reduction wherever possible, and offset residual emissions using high‑quality Australian Carbon Credit Units.
We are also committed to the principle of achieving net zero emissions by 2030 through the ‘SME Climate Commitment’, a pathway for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to join the UN-backed Race to Zero campaign. By joining the SME Climate Hub, we align with a global initiative supporting SMEs to take practical, science‑aligned climate action.
HSEQ
We maintain an environment where staff feel supported and valued, while providing high quality and sustainable services to our clients.
Our team's physical and psychological wellbeing is a high priority, and our internal systems are aimed at ensuring robust risk assessment of both physical and psychosocial hazards is integrated into all internal and external business processes. We pride ourselves on our strong safety culture and are continuously looking to improve health and safety outcomes for staff and external stakeholders.

We hold ourselves to the same environmental standards we advocate for our clients, including holding ourselves accountable for our environmental impact. We publish a voluntary annual Sustainability Review to track and disclose our performance and are currently developing a Climate Transition Action Plan to guide our pathway to a low-carbon, climate-resilient business.

We are committed to maintaining a record of industry best standard across all aspects of our business-related activities, from planning through to execution, delivery and post completion evaluation. We implement stringent quality project and data management processes in order to achieve the overall project objectives.

Our HSEQ management systems are integrated to form an Integrated Management System (IMS). The elements of our system have been independently certified to comply with relevant international standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015. The scope of the approval is for provision of environmental, sustainability and ground engineering services relating to the condition of land, contamination of the environment, management of wastes and assessment of risk.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion
Inclusion is not a programme. It is a reflection of who we are.
We believe a diverse and inclusive workforce produces sharper thinking, stronger collaboration and better outcomes for our clients. This conviction is built into our culture, our values and the way we operate as a 100% employee-owned firm.
Our commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion are formalised in our Diversity and Inclusion Policy and supported by an active DEI Committee. We are a proud member of the Diversity Council of Australia and have been independently recognised as an Inclusive Employer.
Reconciliation in practice
Reconciliation is as an ongoing part of how we operate.
Reconciliation is woven into how we work, who we partner with, and the communities we serve. It is supported by a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a dedicated RAP Working Group, and a culture that encourages every member of our team to learn, reflect, and act.
Our commitments are guided by four principles: Relationships, Respect, Opportunities, and Governance. We celebrate National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week, increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation in our supplier network, and embed cultural awareness into our project work.
Our reconciliation journey continues to evolve. Following our Reflect RAP, we are progressing through the Innovate stage, focused on defining acts, strengthening relationships and embedding accountability across our business.
Our Indigenous brand reflects this journey.
Created in partnership with Aboriginal artist Bayley Mifsud (Merindah Gunya), the artwork represents connection to Country, community and collaboration. It was developed through a shared process of learning and engagement, ensuring its meaning is understood and respected.
