A great place to start

At Senversa, graduates are hired as consultants from day one. This is not a traditional graduate program with rotations, a fixed end date or uncertainty about what comes next. Early career professionals join the business in permanent roles, contribute to real projects, and see their work through from start to finish.

You will be embedded in project teams and trusted with meaningful responsibility. You will work alongside industry‑leading principals, build client‑facing capability, and develop technical, commercial and consulting skills through real project delivery.

Roadmap from application to onboarding

Step 1 - Qualifications review

Our team reviews your application to understand your background, experience, and fit for the role. We look beyond grades to find people who are curious, driven, and ready to grow.

Step 2 - First interview

A conversation with our hiring team to learn more about you, your motivations, your interests, and what you are looking for in your career. It is also your chance to ask us anything.

Step 3 - Second interview

A deeper discussion with senior staff or discipline leads to explore your technical thinking and how you approach real-world challenges. We want to understand how you work, not just what you know.

Step 4 - Offer & onboarding

Once you join, we set you up for success from day one. You will be welcomed into a team of employee-owners who are genuinely invested in your development.
