Hybrid working policy

50/50 hybrid model allows for staff to work up to 50% of the time remotely, with at least 50% in office.

Professional membership

Reimbursement for one professional association membership related to the employees’ field of work, per financial year, as well as active support for advancement towards & maintenance of Accredited, Registered or Chartered status.

Public holiday substitution

Option to swap up to two public holidays per year to recognise individual cultural or personal beliefs.

Parental leave benefits

Further entitlements are provided beyond the NES to employees, including paid superannuation during unpaid parental leave.

Novated lease for EV

Permanent employees have the option of entering into a novated vehicle lease agreement for certain types & classes of electric vehicles.
