Senversa maintains high spec IT hardware to ensure our staff have the best tools to perform effectively. Recently we’ve been working to “walk the walk” on sustainability and our e-waste strategy, with one initiative involving the refurbishment and repurposing of laptops by donating them to primary schools in rural Australia. Based on some recent feedback we received, we’d encourage other organisations to consider doing something similar:
“Thankyou so much for the generous donation of computers to our Primary School. Our students use them all the time, and it has definitely provided a boost to our available and working ICT. Our laptops are very old and often didn’t function well. We now have a full class set and are able to use the laptops with confidence that the new ones will work.”
