With a background in Fashion Design and after a short stint in Public Relations, Kalise quickly gravitated towards a role in employee experience and business operations. Having worked across tech, creative, Government and professional service industries, she specialises in the redesign of employee onboarding procedures, implementation of learning & development programs, rollout of engagement activities, development of operational policies and all things B Corp. With a career that’s taken her from Sydney, Melbourne, Canada and now Perth, she is a happy member of the Business Support team in W.A. Outside of work, Kalise has zero time for her hobbies as she’s busy chasing around her toddler twins but if she’s lucky loves floristry, live music and travel.
